Digital Radiography

Digital radiography is a means of processing x-rays into a digital image using a computer. It eliminates the need for film, a dark room and chemical processing, thus a substantial savings on the environment over traditional methods.

In addition to being able to store large volumes of data in a small space, we will be able to offer high quality referral films with the click of a button via the e-mail and/or CD copies. We can provide OFA digital radiographs, contrast studies, and abdominal ultrasonography. Some patients may require sedation/anesthesia in order to obtain quality, diagnostic digital radiographs.
