What Your Dog Needs to Dive in
At AquaPups Charlotte, the safety and well-being of every dog come first. All dogs must have current Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations to use our pool. Dogs who can confidently swim on their own, as evaluated by our staff, are eligible for Group or Private Swim memberships, while those needing assistance can still participate through Private Assisted Swim sessions, which include an additional fee. If a dog shows signs of discomfort, hesitation, or weakness, we may restrict their swimming for safety. Memberships can be placed on hold for a small monthly fee during illness or injury, with fees eligible for credit toward rehabilitation services. AquaPups reserves the right to make exceptions or adjustments to these requirements at its discretion.
