Healing Pups Cancellation Policy
In order to assist as many animals as possible, we will require a 24-hour notice if cancellation of an appointment is needed. If a same day appointment is cancelled, the fee of the booked service will be due in full. Appointment times will be firm. If you arrive late for your scheduled time, the ending time of your appointment will remain the same. We thank you for your ongoing support in your pet’s rehabilitation journey
